What you will experience together during this surprise Paris proposal:
Between 7:00 and 7:30 PM, your chauffeur will call to inform you that a luxurious 1952 Rolls-Royce Silver Dawn is waiting just outside your home.
You’ll slip into the elegant vehicle and be driven across the city, heading deep into a forested area where you’ll arrive at a secluded private island. Nestled among the trees, you’ll catch sight of a charming wooden chalet. Between you and the cottage, the lake’s pastel waters will reflect the moonlight and the warm glow of the surrounding woods… it’s like stepping into a postcard.
As you step out of the car, you’ll descend a few steps to the water’s edge, where a boatman will be waiting with a small rowboat. You’ll climb aboard and glide across the lake, perhaps glimpsing a few ducks cutting gracefully through the surface. Under the soft glow of lanterns lining the shore, you’ll dock and step into the chalet—a Bernese-style cabin once gifted by Napoleon III to his beloved Empress Eugénie.
Upon your arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed and led to your table. With rose petals scattered across the cloth and a breathtaking view of the lake, you’ll be seated in the most romantic spot in the restaurant.
In this cozy and refined setting, your evening will begin with a glass of champagne. Dinner will open with a refreshing melon and king crab dish accompanied by artichoke cream, followed by perfectly prepared pollock aïoli with fresh vegetables, and finishing with a rich chocolate fondant and spiced meringue. Your meal will be paired with a 2016 Domaine Joseph Drouhin Chablis and a 2013 Château de Rochemorin Pessac-Léognan.
After dinner, you’ll step out into the fragrant forest air. Hand in hand, you’ll follow a hidden path along the quiet shoreline of the island. Through the treetops of ancient trees, you’ll glimpse the Eiffel Tower in the distance. A few moments later, you’ll reach the far end of the island, where a mysterious statue of two lovers entwined in an embrace awaits.
It’s here, in this private and magical setting, that you’ll make your surprise marriage proposal—surrounded by the romance of the night and the beauty of your surroundings.
Package price: 1490 euros
Experience lasting approximately 4 hours, including transport, with pick-up from your hotel between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
