As you settle into the back of the yacht and the last rays of sunlight fade, you'll enjoy a selection of cocktail canapés with champagne. The yacht will then set sail, and you’ll discover your table, beautifully set with soft lighting, candles, and rose petals, waiting for you at the center of the boat...
In this magical setting, you'll share an exquisite dinner for two: a warm-cold supreme of chicken with Burgundy truffle slices, a fricassée of prawns and teriyaki vegetables with pilaf rice and mint-infused leeks, a selection of aged cheeses, and a Trocadéro biscuit with green tea, guava cream, raspberry compote, and milk-glazed almond praline...
