Are the proposal packages only available in Paris?
Yes, except the following packages:

If I want to check the availability of a proposal package for a specific date, what should I do?
To check the availability of a proposal package, simply send an email to contact@apoteosurprise.com specifying the desired date and package. We will respond to your request within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can contact us by WhatsApp at +33 6 03 15 37 06 for a quicker response.
What is the recommended lead time for booking a proposal package?
The lead time varies depending on the specific package, but on average we suggest booking at least one to two weeks in advance.
How can I keep my romantic surprise a secret?
The only requirement is to ensure that the email address used to contact us cannot be accessed by your partner. Apart from that, all you need to do is resist the urge to spill the beans and keep the amazing surprise you have planned in Paris to yourself, even if it may be challenging at times...
What type of payment methods do you accept?
The payment must be made by bank transfer.
Are the proposal packages covered by an insurance?
All our proposal packages are covered by an insurance policy provided by Hiscox for up to 8,500,000 euros (contract No. HA RCP0230415).
What happens if a proposal needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather?
For safety reasons, we may have to cancel a proposal in certain weather conditions. If a proposal is weather-dependent, a specific icon will appear on the left side of the package description. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, you have the option of rescheduling the surprise for a later date or receiving a partial refund of the package amount.
