During this enchanting serenade, a red rose will be offered to your partner as a symbol of your love. In this magical setting, as the music swells with emotion, you will make your marriage proposal. After this unforgettable experience, you’ll walk a short distance to a secret, enchanting location where time seems to stand still—an exclusive address reserved solely for passionate couples.

 

You’ll be seated at one of three available tables, each discreetly separated by a purple curtain. The ambiance is elegantly cozy and intimate, with exposed stone walls, floral arrangements, refined materials, designer lamps, and candleholders casting a soft, golden glow.

 

For nearly three hours, the chef will guide you through an extraordinary gastronomic journey that will redefine everything you thought you knew about dining. With generous, elegant, and joyful service, he will share his creative vision and lead you through a tasting experience that will whisk you away from reality. At one point, he might place two heated slate plates before you, torching them in front of your amazed eyes. Then, with his assistant, he will arrange sauces and ingredients in a harmony of colors reminiscent of a Matisse painting… Expect an explosion of flavors with the very first bite!

 

This breathtaking fusion of French and Vietnamese cuisine, enhanced with a touch of molecular gastronomy, will awaken your palate like never before.

 

Delicate and refined, each dish will be a new delight: from homemade lobster velouté to sea urchin mousse sipped through a straw, veal ravioli with black truffles flambéed with Armagnac, and Rossini-style blue lobster with pearls of citrus and olive oil...
