ApoteoSurprise is a French company specialized in planning romantic surprises to the attention of loving couples coming in Paris. Whether it is for a marriage proposal, a birthday, a wedding anniversary or any other romantic occasion, we offer you more than THIRTY SCENARIOS all based on an ORIGINAL CONCEPT.

Are the ApoteoSurprise scenarios personalized?
Our scenarios were all imagined, designed and personalized so that your beloved has the impression that you organized the surprise all by yourself: at no time she/he can foresee that you called a love specialist!

What is the geographical area in which the ApoteoSurprise scenarios are available?
Our scenarios are only available in Paris/neighboring towns, but about fifteen other scenarios are also proposed on the French Riviera by our subsidiary APOTEOSURPRISE RIVIERA.

What are the dates the ApoteoSurprise scenarios are available?
To know if a given scenario is available at a specific date, click on the ORDER NOW button at the bottom of the scenario description; you will then be taken to an availability calendar.

How far in advance should I book an ApoteoSurprise scenario?
The delay varies according to the scenario but it is on average of about ten days. For any urgent request, please CONTACT US.

How to keep my romantic surprise a secret?
First and foremost, please make sure that the e-mail address you indicate when making your order is not accessible by your partner.

What types of payment are possible?
The payments must be made by credit card (Visa / Eurocard-Mastercard / Credit card / American-Express / JCB) on the secure payment platform of our provider PAYBOX SERVICES. Exceptionally, we can also accept the payments made by bank transfer.

Is my online payment secure?
When booking a scenario, you are redirected to the technical platform of our provider PAYBOX SERVICES, one of the European leaders of the online payment. All data exchanges are encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol and your payment is totally secure.

Once the ApoteoSurprise scenario booked, what will I receive as a proof of purchase ?
Once the order successfully placed, you will receive two e-mails: a first e-mail sent by PAYBOX SERVICES confirming your credit card payment, and a second e-mail sent by ApoteoSurprise acting as a proof of purchase and summing up all the information of your surprise. For evident reasons of confidentiality, you will receive no document by mail.

Are the ApoteoSurprise scenarios covered by an insurance?
All of our scenarios are covered by a civil liability insurance by GAN EUROCOURTAGE for up to 7500000 euros (contract No. 86.329.978).

What happens if a scenario is cancelled due to bad weather conditions?
For security reasons, we may sometimes be obliged to cancel a weather dependent scenario. When a scenario is weather dependent, a specific icon is shown on the right of the scenario description. If the scenario is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, you may freely choose between postponing the surprise at a later date or receiving a partial refund of the scenario price.
