		ometime between 7:30pm and 8pm, after a phone call from your chauffeur, you will be picked up from your hotel/accommo-dation by a splendid 1950 Citroën 11B. You will go to the vehicle and will cross Paris to join, on the Seine banks, an oriental-type boat. You will leave your car, will walk on a little footbridge and will discover the cozy interior of the barge, only enlightened by the light of candles and by the last rays of sunshine.

With an exceptional panoramic view over the Louvre palace, you will sit at your table and, a glass of champagne in hand, will enjoy exquisite dishes being a subtle mixture of French gastonomy and oriental spices. To begin, you will sample a foie gras, a marinated salmon carpaccio, a crunchy puff pastry from Saint-Marcelin, or a mezzé from Marrakech. Then, you will savor a cod in parmesan rind, a Fillet of beef Rossini, a chicken or fish tagine, or a confit of lamb shoulder roast with cumin. Your meal will be washed down with a Monbazillac Graves Château Roquetaillade-la-Grange or a Bourgogne Irancy Vieilles Vignes. Finally, you will relish a hot chocolate fudge, an iced nougat with nougatine chips, or a Melba toast with fruits.

While enjoying your meal, you will be charmed by the sumptuous sights of Paris: Notre Dame de Paris, the Place de la Bastille, the Jardins des Tuileries, the Place de la Concorde, the Palais Bourbon, the Grand Palais, the Musée d'Orsay and the Trocadéro. Then, you will notice the Eiffel tower on your left. When suddenly, as if by magic, your photo and your message of love will appear on the Seine banks! Your sweetheart will be left absolutely speechless! Your immense message will slide a couple of minutes over the Seine banks to follow the boat wake, whereas the other passengers will certainly applaud...
