		ometime between 11am and 11:30am, after a phone call from your chauffeur, you will be picked up from your hotel/accommodation by a luxury 1969 Rolls Royce Corniche. You will go to the vehicle and will cross Paris to join the department of Yvelines and a manor house. Welcomed by a waiter, you will be escorted to your table, inside or on the terrace, depending on the season. You will then be spellbound as you will take in the exceptional view of the Seine valley.

With a glass of champagne, you will sample seven creative and gourmet dishes: mini polenta patties with bocconcini and tomato confit, three fish tartare, rolled Peking duck crepe, smoked salmon blini, Chef's selection, crunchy chocolate selection and French toast brioche with garden apples. A Saint-Aubin Domaine Langoureau 2001 and a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Château Carteau 2002 will perfect accompany your flavorful lunch.

By enjoying your dessert, you will perceive a distant rumbling, humming noise. The rumble will grow louder. When suddenly, four planes flying in formation will appear! The airplanes will begin a truly grand spectacle, just for you. The airplane's noisy and echoing vibrations will send a chill down your spine and will really hit the spot. Your body and your eyes will experience a festival of sensations!

The acrobatic stunts and figures will follow on when, suddenly, two planes will leave the formation, leaving the two others to cross paths. The two airplanes will release their smoke and will rise up vertically to draw, in the sky, a white smoke giant heart. You will be left absolutely speechless! To the accompaniment of other clients' applause, a waiter will hand your sweetheart a bouquet of flowers and you will be served a glass of champagne...
