y I love you in a hot air balloon

		ometime between 6pm and 7pm, after a phone call from your chauffeur, you will be picked up from your hotel/accommoda-tion by a magnificent 1959 Jaguar Mark IX. You will go to the vehicle and will cross Paris to join the department of Eure-et-Loire and the Esclimont castle. By reaching the gardens of the ancient Rochefoucauld residence, you will see the multicolored envelope of a sublime hot air balloon. Your car will park beside the balloon and you will be welcomed by a butler.

A bouquet of red roses will be offered to your beloved, and you will climb in the basket to discover, enchanted, the table especially laid out for you. The pilot will start the burners, an immense flame will warm up the air confined in the envelope and the hot-air balloon will take off.

In a peaceful atmosphere, the Esclimont domain will appear under your gondola to offer you its most beautiful perspectives: the castle, the ponds, the orangery, the gardens, etc. Then, according to the wind, and whereas you will savor some appetizers with champagne, you will fly over a secular forest. Your gondola will brush the tops of some pine trees or oak trees before floating, a few moments later, on a lake surface... Maybe you will even notice, in a clearing, a hind or a roe deer, disappearing into the countryside as fast as he appeared to you!

Being amazed by an outstanding 360° panorama, you will savor a terrine of foie gras with tender fruits and an orange confit brioche, a Bresse chicken fricassee with spring vegetables and pea mousseline, some assorted cheeses, and a Frecinette banana clafoutis in mango coulis. Meanwhile, the last beams of the sun will color the landscape with magnificent orange nuances...
