A romantic dinner for two, unique in this world, is waiting for you in the sky.

Sometime between 6 and 7pm, your hotel's reception or the chauffeur himself will invite you to go outside to discover a truly elegant surprise at the foot of your building.

Your partner will gaze in disconcertment as you delightedly discover a 1959 Mark IX Jaguar... a divine car in which you'll comfortably settle down into.

The engine will let out its trademark purr as you head off on an unforgettable journey across the City of Light. You'll then leave the Paris region in order to explore the French department of Eure-et-Loire and its typical green countryside.

You'll next discover the ravishingly majestic façade of the Château d'Esclimont. This former La Rochefoucauld family residence and Renaissance masterpiece will serve as your romantic stopover.

All of a sudden your fascinated gaze will be captured by a sublime hot air balloon being inflated in the castle's gardens. Your vehicle will start to slow down and will pull up beside it. You'll be greeted like a prince and princess by the aerostat's pilot and steward who'll escort you over to the gondola. A bouquet of flower will be given to your sweetheart.

Your partner will be amazed to find a charming table, perfectly set up for a magnificently romantic dinner for two, hidden inside the large wickerwork basket. You'll climb aboard and peacefully settle down in what will thus become your tender love nest.

The pilot will turn up the burners and, just like a colossus taking a deep breath, a majestic flame will rise up and inhale the air dozing under the envelope.

You'll be able to admire the 16th century castle and its moat and pond, along with the Watch Tower, the Trianon and the Trophy House. The beauty of the landscape along with the calm serenity of your flight will be enough to take your breath away !

You'll float with the wind across an ancient forest, rich in colors. Your gondola will delicately caress the tree tops and the forest's oak, beech and pine trees will release their deliciously perfumed wooden scents into the atmosphere.

While looking down, hand in hand, at the forest you may even catch a glimpse of a few hind, hare or roedeers, who'll no doubt briefly observe you before running away in apprehension of your strange aircraft... The heat of the burners will warm your hearts while you savor a delicious dinner concocted by our chef, accompanied by a bottle of Bollinger champagne.

Your attentive waiter will first serve you with a terrine of foie gras with tender fruits accompanied by orange confit brioche.

You'll then sample John Dory or Bresse chicken fricassee with spring vegetables and pea mousseline.

An assorted cheese plate will then be brought out. You'll finish off your meal with Frecinette banana clafoutis in mango coulis - after which, your taste buds will never be able to forget its succulent flavors...

The pilot will use all of his talent to provide you with the most beautiful scenery to accompany your celestial dinner. One moment he'll fly over small romantic villages, the next, he'll delicately float the gondola just above the surface of a pond to reveal the balloon's reflection... Your heavenly emotions and romance will carry you away like the wind, while the sun will set on the horizon and offer you an unforgettable twilight sky.

The air around you will be decorated in dusty, reddish and orange glows in celebration of you love. After more than an hour of blissful moments together, you'll slowly start to lose altitude. Your pilot will bring the balloon down in an area that he'll esteem to be fit for landing and you'll leave the sky to rejoin the green grounds that'll you'll have lovingly admired from high above.

In this enchantingly sublime setting you'll return to your Jaguar and slowly let go of your angelic dream in favor of a wonderful reality... that of your tender, loving and extraordinary romance.
