		t 6:45 pm, you will join, in front of your hotel/accommodation, a surprising Citroën 2CV. At the wheel, you will meet a Parisian chauffeur who will welcome you with a big smile. You will seat aboard the convertible car and will begin an amazing ninety minutes tour through the beautiful Paris neighborhood: Concorde, Louvre, Vendôme, Eiffel tower, Champs-Élysées... After a wonderful joyride, your vehicle will park in front of an Italian restaurant.

A hostess will accompany you to the special table reserved for you and, savoring a kir, you will discover the felted and theatrical setting of your evening: walls painted in clay colors, candelabrum offering an intimate lighting, opera posters, and, here and there, some theatrical costumes coming from the Opera de Paris.

Once your menu chosen, a (fake) waiter and a (fake) waitress will appear near your table to immediately sing, to the attention of your beloved, an operatic aria. A very unique emotional experience! Both artists, while pursuing their flight of lyricism, will offer a red rose to your partner and will serve you a glass of champagne. A few moments later, in a wave of emotions and under the applauses of the other guests, the voice and piano recital will end.

You will then sample a farandole of perfumed dishes: mille-feuille of tomatoes and Bufala mozzarella with fresh basil, raviolini pasta with Gorgonzola cheese, raw ham and half-shelled, walnut pancake with Grand Marnier filled with crystallized aubergine and vanilla ice cream with orange cream. As a perfect accompaniment, you will enjoy vintage wines of Tuscany, Frioul, Venetia or Sicily.

Throughout the evening, the waiters (all of them being opera singers) will serve the dishes while interpreting songs drawn from the Italian Bel Canto. A lady serving a Chianti will sing The Marriage of Figaro (Mozart) while two other waiters will bring antipasti on Carmen (Bizet) or The Enchanted Flute (Mozart). Two waitresses will answer by a duet of The Tales of Hoffmann (Offenbach) whereas two other singers will sing, to accompany a tiramisù, Rigoletto (Verdi) or Romeo and Juliet (Gounod)...
