At 7:30 pm, you'll be invited by your
hotel's reception or the chauffeur himself
to go out to the Citroën 2CV awaiting
you at the foot of your building. Comfortably
settled in the vehicle, you will go through
avenues enchanted with the City-light
before discovering, hand in hand, the
captivating and warm shop window of an
Italian restaurant.
You will be welcomed
by a doorkeeper then accompanied by a
smiling handmaid at the best table: the
one of the lovers.

A kir will be offered to you, and you
will begin gently your evening in a felted
and theatrical decoration: walls skated
in the colours of the clay, the saffron
and the fire waking your gustative papilles,
candlesticks in the intimist lighting,
posters of operas and, here and there,
theatrical costumes resulting from the
Opera of Paris.
You will choose then
the delicacies meals will compose your
dinner, as for example a carpaccio of
beef with celery connect, white mushrooms,
and shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano, a
net of sea bream fried with butter of
leek and rice basmati pilaf in the small
vegetables, then a panna cotta to the
seed of vanilla and Amarena cherries.

Vintage wines of Toscane, the Frioul of
Vénétie either still Sicily will awaken
your papilles.
Then suddenly, without

then resume its flavourful road. Repeatedly,
four waiters, really lyric singers, will
intervene alternately, in the room, to
interpret several sights drawn from the
directory of the Italian Opera. The young
man bringing such bottle will attack with
courage one Furtiva lacrima of Donizetti,
whereas a young lady will serve antipasti
by approaching the piano to sing with
mockery the sight of Rosine of the Barber
of Seville.

At the end of this lyric and romantic
evening, the eyes of your beloved
sparkling with stars, you would join your
vehicle to begin together
your favorite song, the one of your love.
