		t 8:30 pm, near the Louvre palace and the gardens of the Royal palace, you will join a gastronomic temple nowadays considered as one of better Parisian restaurants. You will take place around one of the five available tables, and will discover the elegant and cozy setting of your evening: stony walls, floral decoration, red curtains and candle jars immersing the room into a warm and softened atmosphere.

After savoring an exceptional mojito, the Chef will prepare a modern and creative cookery; a zest of molecular cookery, one ounce of traditional French cookery, and your five senses will be awakened! With a Pessac-Léognan blanc Château Pontac Montplaisir 2007, you will first savor a three entries farandole: fried duck foie gras with raspberry on gingerbread, lobster soup with urchin cream in a retro-lighting glass, and cream of spinach and asparaguses with wasabi caviar, mint and basil.

Then, the Chef will bring you two slates (your plates), that he will burn, with a blowtorch, to your great astonishment. With the help of his assistant, he will use a paintbrush to dress the sauces in the plates before arranging the dishes in a color harmony reminding you of a Matisse oil painting. With a Saint Julien domaine Castaing 2002, you will then delight in a fillet of bar with lobster ravioli with cream of asparagusese, or even a fillet of beef with black truffles blazed in Armagnac.

With an evolutionary wine in which you will find some banana and bourbon pearls (!), you will pursue your gourmand experience by tasting of a Roquefort light foam, a Compté refined twenty seven months, a Berthaut Époisse, and a dung of Chavignol with black truffles marinaded in the olive oil with poppy and honey bread. Finally, you will savor a dessert trio with aphrodisiac infusion and Verlet coffee from Costa Rica.

But that's just before the cheeses that the Chef will offer to your beloved her/his real surprise: an astonishing figurine representing both of you in a very realistic scene! Concretely, the figurine will have been created a couple of days earlier from your photos. You will be represented wearing the dresses of your choice, and why not the dresses you will wear the evening of your surprise! You can also choose the attitude and the situation in which you want to be represented: down on your knees asking for the hand of your beloved, embracing together, or even dancing a slow dance... Let your imagination run wild, we will shape it!
