		ometime between 7:30pm and 8pm, after a phone call from your chauffeur, you will be picked up from your hotel/accommo-dation by a sumptuous 1959 Jaguar Mark IX. You will go to the vehicle and will cross Paris to join the department of Essonne and a charming destination in the heart of the Val de Juine. Following the path of a wooded park, you will discover one of the most romantic French castles, a Louis XIII style castle completely privatized for you.

Leaving the car, you will be welcomed by the castle owner and will be accompanied to a felted lounge where you will be served some appetizers with champagne. Then, you will join your table in the dining room and will be enchanted by the prestigious setting: mouldings ceilings, mosaic parquet floors, authentic French chimney, Louis XVI furniture, silver chandeliers, floral decoration and a magnificent view of the park.

In an elegant and softened atmosphere, a butler will make his entrance to propose you a raspberry flavored crottin de Chavignol goats cheese with two apples and duck aiguillettes, a pillow of scallops in champagne sauce with a vegetable pasty, some delicacies from the French department of Gers, or half a lobster with a vegetable flan. A smooth sorbet (lemon/vodka, apple/calvados or champagne/mango) will then be served to sweeten your appetite. Next, you will be able to enjoy a tournedos Rossini with truffles, a veal medallion with girolle mushrooms, a crunchy pigeon dressed in poppy seeds, or a honey duck filet with small pears. A green salad with walnuts and Roquefort will follow, along with a selection of cheeses including Meaux brie, goat's cheese and Reblochon. You will finally savor a plate of desserts, including a crème brûlée with floating islands, a chocolate sauce patisserie, a mini Danish pastry, and a blackcurrant sorbet. As a perfect accompaniment, you will enjoy a Saint-Estèphe Cru Bourgeois 2003 and a Bourgogne Chablis Premier Cru Les Fourneaux 2005.

At the end of the dinner, you will leave the castle to go for a walk, hand in hand, in the flowery paths of the castle land. You will then discover a beck, a chapel, a mill, a lake, a tiny bridge and an orangery, when suddenly, an immense red heart will be ablaze under your eyes! At the same moment, multicolored smokes Bengal will illuminate the castle, whereas fountains and volcano fireworks will immerse the gardens in a fairy of colors... A light show that will take your breath away! A couple of minutes later, the butler will join you to offer a bouquet of roses and a glass of champagne to your beloved...
