Sometime between 7:30 and 8pm, your hotel's reception or the chauffeur himself will invite you to go down to the elegant 1959 Jaguar Mark IX that is awaiting you out the front of your building. When both of you have comfortably settled down on the backseat, your chauffer will step on the gas and take you away on a fantastically lit up tour across the enchanting city of Paris.

After having traveled down the City of Light's most dazzling and stunning streets aboard your charming ride, you'll leave Paris and head for the green French department of Essonne.

The vegetation, which will appear to extend out its hand to greet you, will become increasingly adorned with splendor as you get closer to your surprise destination. When you reach the incredibly majestic Juine Valley, the flowered entry to a luxurious estate will come into view. Your vehicle will turn down its driveway and you'll cruise alongside a magnificent row of three hundred year old linden trees..

While your hearts will fill with ecstasy, your eyes will feast on the façade of the Louis XIII style castle adorned with charm and poetry that will stand before you.

In the heart of the adorable wooden park which appears to have come right out of one of Perrault's tales, you'll have discovered one of the most romantic manors in France.

The estate's magical atmosphere, being both intimately peaceful and seductively mysterious, will leave you spellbound.

As you get out of your vehicle, you'll be welcomed by the owner. He'll escort you to the authentic French dinning room where you'll be offered a glass of Maison Florent-Maurois champagne as well as a delicious platter of open sandwiches. You'll then walk over to your table where you'll enjoy a romantic dinner for two.

You'll be enchanted by the prestigious setting: molded ceilings, parquet floors and mosaics, Louis XVI furniture, silver chandeliers, floral decorations and a chimney with character. The wainscoting's perfume blended with that of your flavorsome dishes will deliciously intertwine with the fresh fragrance of the flowered gardens.

You'll be able to savor exquisite and authentic cuisine while enjoying your magnificent view of the park.

For starters you'll be able to choose from amongst raspberry flavored crottin de Chavignol goats cheese with two apples and duck aiguillettes, a pillow of scallops in champagne sauce with a vegetable pasty, delicacies from the French department of Gers (foie gras, duck giblets, émincés of duck breast, bilberries and a salad accompanied by warm raspberry vinegar), or half a lobster with a vegetable flan.

A smooth sorbet (lemon-vodka, apple-calvados or champagne-mango) will then be served to sweeten your appetite.

Next you'll be able to enjoy tournedos Rossini with truffles, veal medallion with girolle mushrooms, crunchy pigeon dressed in poppy seeds, or a honey duck filet with small pears. A green salad with walnuts and Roquefort cheese will follow, along with a selection of cheeses including Meaux brie, goat's cheese and Reblochon.

You'll then savor a selection of desserts - a true avalanche of happiness and indulgence, including crème brûlée and œufs à la neige in verrines, chocolate sauce patisseries, mini apple Danish pastries and blackcurrant sorbet.

A Bordeaux Saint-Estèphe Cru Bourgeois 2003 and a Bourgogne Chablis Premier Cru Les Fourneaux 2005 wine will perfectly accompany your majestic dinner.

At the end of dinner your waiter will suggest that you may like to take a romantic stroll through the park. This will be the signal to let you know that your divine surprise is set in place. You'll leave the table and walk hand in hand outside to admire the beautiful surroundings...

To your sweetheart's delight, an enormous heart will suddenly be set ablaze a few hundred yards in front of you... leaving you lost for words !

You'll admire several silver fountains flowing down the sky. A majestic burst of white comets will give you a spine-chilling salute before falling down a few seconds later in the shape of a luminous cascade !

A final radiant fresco will then be outlined in the endless universe of the heavens, with a shower of gold that will take your breath away !

This will be the perfect moment to tell your sweetheart just how much you love him/her... Then you'll invite him/her to go back one last time inside the castle, upon which s/he'll be handed a magnificent bouquet of flowers. Sweet petits fours, mini fruits and champagne will be waiting on you in the lounge bar. While feeling totally smitten in love, you'll walk outside with your arms around each other, to discover the deeply romantic meanders of the park's forest. The shiny illuminated lake, river, tiny bridge, chapel, windmill and orangery will resonate with an irresistibly gracious beauty.

Upon arriving back at the castle, you'll return to your car, starry-eyed and spellbound
