This illustrious lieutenant will initially show an interest in your vehicle - a more modern version and above all. He'll take a close look at your car and won't bother asking before sitting down inside it in order to see just how comfy it is for himself.

After having checked out your 403, the Lieutenant will turn his attention to you - your shoes, your attitude, your romantic encounter and your relationship together. With a cigar in hand, he'll talk about his wife and introduce you to his dog - a basset hound who's just as adorable as he is lethargic, while continuing to cunningly and mischievously run his enigmatic investigation at the same time. The Lieutenant will keep you laughing. You'll walk, or more like gallop, across the line of intrigue he'll spin you. You'll be plunged into a brilliantly carved tremendous tale.
