y I love you in an island chalet

		ometime between 7:45pm and 8:15pm, after a phone call from your chauffeur, you will be picked up from your hotel/accommodation by a luxury 1977 Rolls Royce Shadow II. You will go to the vehicle and will cross Paris to join, in a vast forest, a magnificent woo-den chalet peacefully asleep on an island. All around the island, the pastel colored water will glitter in the moonlight and reflect the glow of the wooden surroundings.

You will leave the vehicle and will walk down several steps before reaching the edge of the lake. A motorboat will be awaiting you. Hand in hand, you will cozily sit down on one of the benches of the boat before setting off on a poetic crossing of the lake. You will be immediately transported to another world. Several ducks may even glide across the water, leaving a gentle wake...

Under the glow of hundred of candles lining the lake edge, you will shore to the island and will discover the Bernese chalet that Napoleon III offered to his beloved, the Empress Eugénie. Being welcomed by an hostess, you will be escorted to the truly elegant table laid out for you, with roses petals and a panoramic view of the lake and the forest.

In a warm and cozy atmosphere, to begin your poetic dinner, you will be offered a champagne and violet petal-based love potion. For first courses, you will choose from fried shrimps with pasta salad and sweet-and-sour sauce, warm duck liver with chestnut cream and balsamic vinegar, or warm skate terrine with candied vegetables. You will then sample roasted sea scallops with lentil risotto, roasted bass filet with leek and candied tomato pancakes, or roasted saddle of lamb with mint and carrots candied with honey. As a perfect accompaniment, you will enjoy a Chablis du Domaine Joseph Drouhin 2006 (white wine) and a Pessac-Leognan Château de Rochemorin 2003 (red wine). Finally, you will be treated to a meringue sponge pie with vanilla and raspberry flavours, a fresh pineapple and coconut biscuit, or a chocolate macaroon with ginger cream.

As the perfect end to your dinner, you will leave the chalet to smell the perfumed forest air. You will take the path on your left and will go along the edges of the wooded island. From the other side of the lake, behind the forest, you will see the Eiffel tower. Then, as you will reach the extremity of the island, you will discover a statue of two lovers embracing... So romantic!
