We're going to make your dreams come true as you are plunged into the 18th century !

Sometime between 2 and 2:30pm, you'll be invited by your hotel's reception or the chauffeur himself to go out to the exceptional vehicle parked at the foot of your building : an elegant 1953 Citroën Traction, in which you'll be invited to take a seat.

You'll be curled up against each other under the diligent eye of your chauffeur as you begin an authentic escape across the French capital. Destination : yesteryear France. Your car will leave the Paris area and head towards the French department of Oise.

You'll gradually travel deeper and deeper into the olive green countryside and you'll feel as if each shadow of an oak or linden tree will be carrying you further and further into the past.

One of the French heritage's most majestic jewels will then rise up in front of you : the Château de Chantilly, the magnificent former residency of the most illustrious royal families.

You'll be amazed by the shining splendor of the enormous castle and its grand and elegant French-style gardens designed by Le Nôtre, including the flowerbeds, the large canal and fountains, and the vast mirrors of water which reflect the sky.

You'll be in a sumptuous Renaissance palace which has seen in its meanders the passing of the Montmorencys, the Duke of Aumale and the glorious Princes of Condé - heirs with Bourbon blood who have powerfully added their polished mark to the leafy estate. Welcome to the 18th century !

Your car will slow down and come to a halt beside a majestically elegant horse-drawn carriage.

As you'll get out of your vehicle, you'll be courteously welcomed by a footman dressed in period clothes who'll help you climb up into the carriage and will proceed to ensure your every comfort.

Your devoted assistant will take his place discreetly at the back of the coach and will remain at your service throughout the entire regal afternoon.

Under your coachman's direction, your two magnificent black horses will let out a cheerful neigh and proceed to carry you down a path to the sound of shod hooves clacking over the cobblestones. Aboard your horse-drawn carriage, you'll slowly ride deeper and deeper into Chantilly Forest, a vast wooden territory - the noblest in France, whose private surface area expands over 15,000 acres.

While dozily waddling along with the equine vibrations of your oh so romantic ride, you'll hold onto your partner's hand or place your arm around his/her neck. While tenderly cuddled up together you'll be able to breathe in the divine scents of a rich and perfumed flora. The majestic foliage of several century old oak, beech, linden, pine and chestnut trees will gracefully salute you...

You may even catch a glimpse of a stag or a roe-deer in a clearing or peeping out from behind a tree before it disappears into the forest just as quickly as it came.

You'll lovingly allow yourself to be rocked in your gentle cradle of love like a truly seigniorial couple, while the rich, shaded scenery will add an ounce of sweet mystery to your journey. When suddenly... two masked aggressive bandits will surge out from the forest ! One will be on horseback, the other on foot. The latter will immediately leap onto the carriage. You won't have the time to realize what has happen before you're completely caught in a true ambush. You'll be attacked by the two crooks who'll try at all costs to rob everything in your carriage.

In response to your footman's grandiloquent cries for help and riding at full gallop high up on his majestic white horse, the Prince of Condé will suddenly appear - a prince who'll have just returned from a mission and who was just about to go to the castle to find you.

Your savior will be there armed with a rapier, leather sheath and his imposing presence and stature.

A violent sword fight on horseback will break out between the prince and the bandit knight.

The clash of swords, the dodges and attacks will all take place at an intense, breath-taking pace.

During this time, your coachman will break into a ferocious bare hand fight with a second bandit in order to protect you.

The courageous Prince of Condé, will cunningly and jokingly put on a show and will finish up by bravely defeating the first masked knight who, after being frightened and ridiculed, will choose to gallop away rather than to try to fight back.

Before the thief scrambles off, he will however during all the jostling, have made the prince brutally fall to the ground...

The valiant knight will immediately stand up and run to the help of your coachman. The battle between the second bandit and the prince will be even more intense, with their daggers and rapiers fiercely clashing against each other. After a legendary duel, the bandit will be defeated and will stagger off just as quickly as he came while your triumphant rescuer will laugh and scoff at his runaway cursing adversary. You'll feel safe and relieved.

The valiant Prince of Condé will then ride across to your partner and, like a truly noble messenger, will hand him/her the reason for his mission : a parchment. Your dazed sweetheart will then unfold the document to discover... your incredible declaration of love!

The prince will instruct his horse to salute your love with a courtesy, before rising back up again and galloping of into the forest as quickly as he came. You'll be overcome with astonishment and tantalizing emotions !

In order to celebrate this chivalrous epic and in honor of your affectionate message, the footman will pull a bottle of champagne and a bouquet of flowers out from the trunk.

You'll be laced in each other's arms as you enjoy a smooth glass of champagne before you take off down the path on the last leg of your wonderfully tender journey.

You'll then return to your elegant vehicle which will be awaiting you at the foot of the castle.

Adieu 18th century. Adieu majestic castle. Adieu charming forest.
