		ometime between 7:30pm and 8pm, after a phone call from your chauffeur, you will be picked up from your hotel/accommo-dation by a luxury 1964 Bentley S3. You will go to the vehicle and will leave Paris to join the Chevreuse valley and the Rambouillet forest. While the long foliages of the forest will plunge you into a mysterious atmosphere, your car will cross down a cobblestoned alley.

At the end of the road, suddenly, will appear the extraordinary Vaux de Cernay abbey, a twelve century Cistercian domain restored, a couple of decades ago, by the Baron of Rothschild. Your vehicle will go through a sixty hectare park, will follow the banks of a beautiful lake and will park near the old convent of the abbey.

You will leave your car and will see, floating in the air, hundreds of blazing candles! On about twenty meters, all the candles will compose a message, the message of your declaration of love! Your beloved will be left absolutely speechless! Whereas you will join the lay former refectory, nowadays a gastronomic restaurant, a wonderful cloud of luminous red smoke will light up the abbey's old stone walls.

Once in the monachal building, you will seat at your table and will savor a dinner in six services with champagne: duck foie gras with a raspberries compote, toast with bilberries compote and balsamic vinegar, grenadin of veal with risotto and crushed tomatoes, refined cheeses, and lavender milk sherbet...
