All of our experiences are designed
so that your partner will be under the impression
that you've conceived and organized the surprise
all by yourself. The experience that you select
will seem like the next natural step in your relationship
as it is structured around your very own declaration
- your personal message that you'll have entrusted
us to deliver to your partner.
On average, how long does an experience go for
?
In order to preserve the enchanting
and unique nature of our experiences, they rarely
extend over half a day.
What is the geographical area within which ApoteoSurprise's
experiences are available ?
As the enchanting and romantic nature
of the City of Light plays an important role in
weaving our experiences' spellbinding charm, you
must live/be staying in Paris or one of its neighboring
towns. An exquisite chauffeured vehicle will come
to pick you up from wherever you are living or
temporarily staying within this geographical area.
How many people can share the experience with
me ?
Our experiences are uniquely designed
for couples. They are to be thus intimately and
romantically shared between you and your partner.
Are the experiences available all year round ?
Several of our experiences are subject
to the availability of our service providers and
weather conditions. If you wish to check out the
available dates for a specific experience, click

at the bottom of its description. Some experiences
cannot be directly ordered in this way as, upon
receiving your expression of interest, we will
need to contact the particular service provider(s)
involved to discuss their availability.
What is the minimum time
delay required between the date of purchase and
that of the experience ?
The delay varies according to your
choice of experience and the various service providers
involved. If you click on the ORDER
NOW button at the bottom of the experience's
description, you'll be taken to a calendar that
clearly indicates the dates on which your chosen
experience is available. The average delay is
two to three weeks. If it is not possible to directly
order the experience, simply email your desired
date to us and we'll let you know its availability
within 24 hours.
How do I keep the surprise a secret right up until
the last minute ?
Please make sure that all of the email
addresses that you supply when making your order
are not known to or accessed by your partner.
He/she should only discover that you've planned
a surprise when s/he notices the chauffeured vehicle
awaiting you out the front of your hotel or residence.
How do I make an order ?

the day on which you wish to declare your fiery
passion from the dates available. Make sure that
you already know the address of where you'll be
staying in Paris on this very memorable day. Fill
out the order form by indicating all the information
we need to organize, plot and personalize your experience.
Then confirm your order and make a SECURED
credit card payment.
What types of payment do you accept ?
We accept credit card payments within
our online store including : Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard,

you can be confident that you're making a completely
secured payment. When you go to place your order,

Once I have ordered an experience, what will I receive
as proof of purchase ?
Once you have successfully placed your
order, ApoteoSurprise will send you an email which
will serve as your proof of purchase, while you
will also receive a separate email from Paybox
Services confirming your credit card payment.
Am I covered by your insurance ?
All of ApoteoSurprise's experiences are
specifically covered by civil liability insurance
by Gan
Eurocourtage for up to 7 500 000 euros.
What happens if the presentation is cancelled due
to bad weather conditions ?
For obvious security reasons, we may
sometimes be obliged to cancel an experience due
to bad weather. Each experience which is subject
to weather conditions has the percentage of risk
of cancellation indicated in the column on the right
hand side of its description. If the experience
is cancelled in this event, you may choose between
receiving a partial refund for the experience and
choosing another date. For more information, please

How can I contact you if I need to during the experience
?
While each and every experience has been
thoroughly thought out and rigorously tried and
tested, you may contact us in the event of an unforeseen
problem by calling the number that will be given
to you when you receive confirmation of your order.
