When you make an order on our
website, you'll be transferred to our partner
Paybox
Services secured server to effectuate your
payment.
The link to Paybox System's server
is established using the Secure Hypertext Transfer
Protocol (HTTPS). When you type your credit card
information onto the secured web page, it will
be encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
protocol which ensures the strict confidentiality
of electronically transferred information. The
information will never pass un-encrypted through
the network, making it impossible for third parties
to intercept.
After your credit card has successfully
passed the first stage in the control process (Luhn
key, filtering of barred cards, etc.), Paybox System's
server will send out an authorisation request to
our bank, Crédit
Agricole (Europe's leading bank in terms of
its position on its national market). The bank's
authorisation center will then send back an authorisation
number or a refusal. If the payment is accepted,
Paybox System will directly email you your payment
receipt without your credit card number having been
communicated to us at any stage.
